Boone’s Deli opened in June of 2024, focused on bringing fresh flavors to Jeffersontown’s Gaslight Square. Right next door to the Jeffersontown City Hall, our menu boasts homemade sandwiches, soups, and sides, all created with passion. From our family to yours, we hope to bring you high-quality, delicious food.
Our food is the key, but our atmosphere is Uniquely our own
We took an early 20th-century bank and turned it into Jeffersontown’s most popular family-owned and operated deli, serving lunch and dinner.
Delicious Sandwiches and Salads
We’ve made it a point to hand-select every ingredient that goes into our dishes. From our freshly sliced deli meats and cheese to our produce and house-made dressings, we won’t serve it to our customers if we would not serve it to our kids.
All served in The Historic Gaslight Square.
We are located between 3rd Turn Brewing and Jeffersontown City Hall. Grab a beer next door, and come order some food from us.
Meet The Family Behind Boone's Deli
Husband and wife Seth and Megan opened Boone’s Deli in 2024, bringing their family recipes to the City of Jeffersontown. There are at least three generations of family recipes in our books.
But you won’t just find Megan and Seth working here. You will likely see Megan’s Mom, Annette, or one of their kids working behind the counter or running around the building. You’ll also find menu items with “names” to pay tribute to those who created the recipe like Papa’s Pimento Cheese, you will know where the recipe comes from, and we’re sure you’ll taste the love and passion it’s made with.
